• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds from voided bets or cancelled bonuses will not be returned. Where closure is initiated by 639jl48 for reasons not related to a terms breach, any genuine remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member through their verified payment method.
